Terms and Conditions
By engaging China2Dadli for Less-than-Container-Load (LCL) shipping services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a clear understanding of responsibilities and limitations between China2Dadli and our clients.
1. Scope of Services
China2Dadli provides LCL shipping services from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China to the port of St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda. We assist with consolidation, export documentation, and customs clearance. Delivery is only to the port; we do not offer inland delivery services.
2. Payment Terms
– All shipments must be paid in full prior to container loading or goods being released.
– We do not offer credit terms under any circumstances.
– Payments are non-refundable once cargo has been loaded for shipment.
3. Refusal of Shipment
China2Dadli reserves the right to refuse shipment of goods that:
– Are classified as prohibited, dangerous, or restricted under Chinese or international shipping laws.
– Are improperly packaged, mislabeled, or lack proper documentation.
– Are deemed unqualified or unsafe for consolidation into our container loads.
4. Shipping Delays and Force Majeure
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the following are examples of situations beyond our control that may result in delays:
– Port congestion or customs inspection delays
– Shipping line or vessel operator rescheduling
– Weather events or natural disasters (acts of God)
– Political instability, strikes, or labor issues
China2Dadli is not liable for delays, loss, or damages arising from any such circumstances.
5. Estimated Transit Time
Estimated transit time for shipments from Guangzhou to Antigua is approximately 65 days. This is only an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery timeline.
6. Client Responsibilities
– Ensure that all goods are clearly labeled and accompanied by accurate invoices and packing lists.
– Deliver goods to our Guangzhou warehouse only after receiving a valid shipping label and booking confirmation.
– Pay all duties, taxes, and port handling fees upon arrival in Antigua.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for loss or damage of goods is limited to the extent allowed by law and only in cases where negligence on our part is proven. We recommend that clients secure their own insurance coverage for high-value or fragile goods.
8. Changes to These Terms
China2Dadli reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and become effective upon posting.
10. Contact
If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, please reach out via the contact form on our website at www.China2Dadli.com.
9. Insurance and Responsibility
All sea shipments are covered under marine insurance for extreme events such as total loss due to vessel sinking. This insurance provides coverage for catastrophic loss while in transit by sea.
However, China2Dadli is not responsible for the quality, specifications, or standards of the items selected and purchased by clients from factories of their own choosing. For the purposes of LCL shipping, our role is strictly limited to the safe and compliant transportation of goods from China to Antigua.
If you are in need of a full-service solution where we assist in vetting factories, overseeing manufacturing quality, and ensuring that goods meet your standards before shipping, please contact our sourcing department. We have successfully helped clients across the Caribbean with sourcing and managing the import of building materials, machinery, and retail merchandise through our complete China sourcing and importing service.
