How Shipping Costs Are Calculated
Shipping costs are based on volume (CBM), not weight.
This means you pay for the space your items take in the container.
✔ Note: If your items are very heavy, extra handling or repacking fees may apply.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Sea freight from China to Antigua usually takes 60–70 days, depending on:

We ship at least one container per month, and more during busy seasons.
Weight vs Volume
Even though pricing is based on volume, very heavy items may still need extra handling or packaging. This is common with machinery or large appliances.
Warehouse Storage Time
Each shipment gets one month of free storage in our Guangzhou warehouse. After that, small storage fees may apply.

Why Don’t You Ship Clothing or Branded Goods?
Even genuine branded items can cause customs problems due to trademark verification. So, we do not ship clothing or branded fashion products.
What Happens When Your Shipment Arrives in Antigua?
When your container arrives at St. John’s Port, it is unloaded at the Antigua and Barbuda National Ports Authority warehouse. You will be notified when your items are ready for pickup.
Packaging Requirements
To prevent damage or delays, all shipments must be properly packed:

Large items must be palletized

Fragile or heavy items must be placed in wooden crates

Invoices & Terms
All goods must be invoiced under EX-WORKS (EXW) terms.
China2Dadli does not handle export tax credit claims.
If your supplier needs export tax documentation, a $100 USD fee applies.
Always confirm EXW terms with your supplier before ordering.
What Is One CBM?
One cubic meter is equal to:
3 ft x 3 ft x 3 ft
(about 91.5 cm per side)
It is about the size of a large appliance and can hold 8–12 medium boxes.
Can You Ship Small Orders?
Yes. We can handle small LCL shipments, even less than 1 CBM.
For very small shipments (like samples or small appliances), contact our team for pricing.
Do You Recommend Factories or Suppliers?
We do not recommend specific factories.
But we can connect you with our Project Department if you need sourcing help for:

Can I Meet You in Person?
Our team is based in China, but we often visit Antigua for larger projects.
Virtual meetings are also available.
Do You Offer Full Container (FCL) Shipping?
Yes. We offer FCL shipping, but it is usually part of our full sourcing programs.
For smaller shipments, LCL is recommended.
